Our 5400+ Square Foot Fitness Facility is Your New Home Away From Home!
With over 5000 sq. ft., there is always plenty of room whether you are in a group workout, putting in some extra work on your own, or just relaxing and hanging out afterward.
We have a garage door for plenty of sun and fresh air when the weather is warm. We offer super clean filtered water from our water filtration system. Our restrooms are clean, comfortable, and modern.
We have a dedicated Mobility room with a large HDTV for streaming stretching routines from ROMWOD along with tools to assist you in staying supple. We have a bright, clean, dedicated kids room so parents can workout too.
Our facility has tons of high-end, quality equipment from American company, Rogue Fitness, including two Rigs, Barbells and bumper plates, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Rings, Kettlebells, Boxes, and Benches. We also have Concept2 Rowers and Ski Ergs, Rogue Echo Bikes, and RX Smart Gear Jump ropes. We even have some specialty equipment such as GHDs, a Reverse Hyper, Heavy D-Balls, SandBags and more!
With plenty of space and high-quality equipment, First City is outfitted to ensure that our athletes have the room and gear to get a great workout.
First City is located at 2700 Garden Road in Monterey, CA just off Rt. 68 less than a mile off Rt. 1 making it super easy to get to from almost any where in the greater Monterey area. There is also plenty of off-street parking with spots in both our front and our back parking lots.
