Coach-Led Group Workouts
While our workouts are known for their intensity, intensity is relative. You don’t have to be “in shape” to start working out with us. We have athletes of ALL ages, fitness, and ability levels doing our workouts and improving their fitness and health. Our workouts are led by a coach who will help you scale the workout to wherever you are at whether you are just starting out or you are someone who has been training for years.

At First City, we workout together. We encourage each other during the workout. We share fist bumps and high-fives after the hard work is done. We help keep each other accountable and coming back for more.
