First City’s Iron Bodies program builds strength with form being a priority over speed.

The primary focus of our Iron Bodies program is building strength.  We don’t ignore cardio, we just prioritize proper movement over intensity through speed of movement.

The Iron Bodies program is currently only offered at 9am Monday – Friday.
