3 Power Cleans, 135#
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1-minute.
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
Mobility
1. Ball smash the chest – 1 min per side
2. Ball smash between the shoulders – 1 min per side
3. Foam roll the upper back – 1 min
4. Foam roll the lower back – 1 min
5. Banded “Bowler” – 1 min per side (palm up)
