1. Banded Hamstring Stretch – 1 min per side

2. Banded Hamstring Stretch across the body – 1 min per side

3. Pigeon Pose – 1 min per side

4. Monster Quad aka Couch – 1 min per side

5. Ball Smash the chest – 1 min per side
