Circuit – 5 rounds of the following
 20 secs work, 10 secs rest, 1min rest between rounds
  side shuffle            hammer hits
  battle ropes         bench jump overs
  burpees                 goblet Squats
  med ball twists          pistols
  push-ups           rope climb
