Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of the following

5x Deadlifts (65% of 1 rep max)

10x Box Jump overs

Mobility

1. Roll out the upper back – 2 mins

2. Roll out the lower back – 2 mins

3. Monster Quad / Couch Stretch – 2 mins per side

4. Knee-to-Armpit – 1 min per side

5. Knee-across-the-chest – 1 min per side

6. Banded Hamstring stretch – 1 min per side
