Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible (AMRAP) in 5 minutes of the following

5x strict HSPUs

10x Pistols (alt leg)

Mobility

1. Banded across-the-body shoulder stretch – 1 min per side

2. Barbell smash the traps – 1 min per side

3. Monster quad / couch stretch – 1 min per side

4. Ball Smash the Hamstring on a box – 1 min per side

5. Banded Forward Bend Hamstring stretch – 1 min per side
