50x Pull-ups

50x Alternating Pistols

50x Abmat sit-ups

Mobility

1. Ab stretch – 1 min

2. Roll out the lats – 1 min per side

3. Ball Smash the shoulder – 1 min per side

4. Ball Smash between the shoulder blades – 1 min per side

5. Roll out the Quads – 1 min per side

6. Roll out the IT band / outside of the hips – 1 min per side.
