Partner WOD
One partner works while the other partner does burpees / jumps rope. A team must complete an exercise before they move on to the next. Teammates can switch between the exercise they are on and doing burpees / jumping rope.
As a team, complete the following
100x box jumps / jump rope
100x sit-ups / burpees
100x wall balls (20# / 14#) / jump rope
100x tire hits / burpees
100x KB swings (53# / 35#) / jump rope
