Skill GHD 3x 15-20 while other half of class does :30/:30 double unders and rest for 5mins

Metcon (Time)

For time, complete 8 rounds of the following
4x ring dips
4x ring rows *
4x burpee broad jump

* palms facing each other, pull to the chest. Rx is with feet up and body horizontal at the bottom. To scale lower feet and move out.
