1. Foam Roll the Quads – 1 min per leg

2. Foam Roll the inside of the thigh – 1 min per leg

3. Lax Ball on the inside of the knee – 1 min per leg

4. Foam Roll the outside of the Hip – 1 min per leg

5. Banded Hamstring stretch – 1 min per leg

6. Scorpion stretch – 1 min per side
