Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps (AMRAP) as possible in 10 minutes of the following

12x Burpee

9x Deadlift (155/105)

6x Hang Power Cleans (155/105)

3x Shoulder-to-Overhead (155/105)

Mobility

1. Banded hamstring stretch * – 1 min each

2. Banded inner thigh stretch * – 1 min each

3. Banded outer thigh stretch * – 1 min each

4. Ball smash upper back – 1 mi each side

* should be done supine on the floor with band around bottom of foot
